As part of our team approach our Consultants work closely with specialists from a number of medical areas. After initial patient assessment, appropriate investigations might be recommended such as MRI and x-rays. A patient may then be referred on to another Consultant, depending on the recommended treatment options.

To simplify the patient journey referrals are co-ordinated by the Back Pain Team central office.
